Delivery We deliver to Ireland & the UK. In stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. Larger items are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Standard delivery is 48 hours from date of dispatch excluding weekends (so please allow 2-3 working days for delivery from date of purchase. Larger furniture items may take longer, lead times will be stated with product information.

If by mistake your address details are entered incorrectly and shipped, please be aware that we will charge shipping again to resend your order.
Shipping charges will apply to send it again.
In stock items are dispatched the same day if ordered by 1pm. Orders after 1pm or weekend orders will be dispatched the next working day. Larger or heavy orders may be dispatched the following day by courier, but will usually be on a next day service.
Collect in Store You can collect your order from our store. Please select the ‘COLLECT’ option and leave us a note for when you would like to pick up your order or contact the store.
Shipping outside IRELAND Currently we ship to the UK and Ireland. If you live outside either of these destinations and would like to make a purchase, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if we can arrange shipping to you.
Shipping to the UK UK delivery is 15 pounds Oversized UK is 30 pounds
For dispatches, we use DHL and DPD for deliveries to the UK. Deliveries to the UK will take 3-4 working days.
Returns Online Returns If you would like to return an order you have made through our website please email email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of goods to arrange your refund.
Responsibility for Returning Items Please contact us by email before returning any items: firstname.lastname@example.org Please note that we do not cover the delivery cost of returns. Items can only be returned if they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging , so please ensure items are packed very well. We are unable to issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged while being returned to us. We therefore recommend that you get proof of postage or a tracking number to follow your package. Returns in store All items purchased in store will need to be returned directly to the store within 14 days of purchase, in their original packaging and condition. Please ensure to retain your receipt for any returns. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for in-store purchases . All in store purchases will be refunded via store credit or we can arrange an exchange.
Returns terms and conditions If you change your mind you can return your product to us within 14 days of it being dispatched , unused and in its original packaging. If you wish to return an item you must contact us first on email@example.com We will then refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be processed onto your original payment method. We are unable to exchange unwanted items with a different item. Refunds will be processed onto the card originally used for payment. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you. Please note that the replacement items or refunds can not be processed until we have received the original items back into our warehouse. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt when returning items. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. All orders will be refunded upon receipt of your items return. We are unable to apply discounts after the checkout process has been completed.
Faulty Items If you believe your item is faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org . When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged or faulty item, Please DO NOT attempt to fix the item of your own accord or via a third party and please ensure all packaging of the item is kept until resolved or advised otherwise.
Returning Self Assembly Items If an item requires self - assembly , please check all the components thoroughly for any damage and contact us if any damage is spotted within 3 days of receiving your order. Self assembly products must be returned unused and in their original packaging and cannot be returned once partially or fully assembled unless confirmed as defective.
Non Refundable Items Special order items : please note that if you purchased special order or made to order items the order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed and can not be returned or refunded. Items ordered with a customers own choice of fabric, colour or material cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once purchased. Gift vouchers are non refundable. Sale items purchased are final and non refundable.
